Lurking and Blogstalking

Many of you know that I have been dealing with PCOS for my entire adult life (and before that if te truth had been revealed) and that thanks to the miracle of science and surgery I was able to conceive three children and give birth to two. Through the struggles, I have been a member of the Sou.lCysters Bulletin Board and have followed the lives of many women who have been struggling as I have. Until I got pregnant with B I just lurked on the sites. But I got to know the women so well. This is delurk week so I'm gonna delurk.

Grand Parents

A few weekends before Easter, We went up to visit Grammie and Granddad. Branson had a great time. Here she is in one of three Easter Dresses she ended up with for Easter.

This was my first experience with using sewing on a page. I think I did pretty well.

Branson definitely puts an sparkle in her Grandparens eyes!

Beach or Bust

When Jackie came to visit, we decided that we should all take a relaxing break and head off to the beach. It was a great time, even though it was cold until the last day!It was really chilly on the beach but the girls didn't mind at all!

Our second choice for dinner after Margaritaville had a 2 hour wait. It was yummy and we got seated quickly due to a mistake, which resulted in us being relocated and having our check discounted.

Branson loved the pool. It was her favorite thing on earth. She's going to be our little otter.

The Title says it all. Of course, it warmed up just as we were leaving!

Snow Day!

This is the pix from last year's sprinkling of snow. Branson wasn't a big fan of it when it was cold. She loved it a lot more when she saw it at Grammie and Granddad. She had a blast making snow angels and snowballs with Uncle Joe, even though her hands were blood red when she came in!

It's A GIRL

Expecting Baby #2 was very exciting. We waited until February to find out the sex because we wanted to have the 3D/4D ultrasound. The whole family was there to see our second little princess revealed!

Big Girl Bed

Branson took a header out of the crib last January so bye bye crib ... hello big girl bed. It took her a while to adjust but now she is in beddy bye heaven.

Introduction

I am starting my blog to share some of my scrapbook pages and a few of my takes on life. Nothing too in depth and nothing with I have to worry about spelling, grammar, or being perfect. I might even include some of my bad writing occassionally. All I ask is that you take away with you the feeling and emotion of my posts and not feel like you need to send me back to English Class. And FYI I grew up during the Whole Language approach to Reading Instruction so I never had formal grammar and spelling classes after about the third grade ( and I made Cs then!)
